What callers ask a restaurant
- Are you open, and until when
- Where are you, is there parking
- Can I see the menu
- Can I get a table for six at 8
- Do you do catering for 40 people
What the AI host does
It answers with your restaurant's name, in the caller's language. Hours and address come from your site. The menu goes out as a text link. A table request becomes a reservation request in your calendar, and a catering question gets a price from your catering calculator. You get a text with every request.
Why it matters
A call that rings out during the rush is often a party of six that goes next door. Picking up every call without pulling a server off the floor is the whole job.
What it does not do
It does not connect to your POS or delivery apps, and it does not take card payments over the phone.
